Sir,
We, the student of your college, beg most respectfully to state that owing excessive heat for the last few days, it is now quite difficult for us to stay in the classroom at noon. On the other hand, we can neither be fully attentive to our teachers nor can we take active interest in our lessons in such a continuous spell of hot weather. Even effective teaching by our teachers does not carry the impact upon us as desired.
We, therefore, pray that you will kindly make us some concession during this dry season and take necessary action so that we may start our classes just at 07:30am instead of 10:30am with immediate effect.
