Dear Sir,
We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that our college is one of the reputed colleges in Sirajganj city. But it is a great sorrow that we have been suffering much for want of a common room in our college. After attending three classes we feel the necessity of refreshing our boredom by gossiping among ourselves or by reading a magazine or a newspaper or by playing different indoor games. Besides, due to the lack of common room, the students spend their leisure either by gossiping or roaming aimlessly. Hence you can easily realize the necessity of a common room. If there had been a common room, we could have easily spent our leisure properly.
Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary arrangements for opening a common room in our college campus and oblige thereby.
