A dialogue between two friends on a bus stand
Sharmin : Oh, what a long queue!
Sujon : And how crowded the buses are!
Sharmin : All the seats are occupied.
Sujon : There is a little standing room only.
Sharmin : Then we may have to keep standing all the way.
Sujon : How many buses ply along this route?
Sharmin : About ten. Buses run every fifteen minutes.
Sujon : The State Transport Corporation should put up special buses during Mela Chraghan.
Sharmin : It's not possible, because the corporation is now a white elephant.
Sujon : Why so?
Sharmin : People travel without ticket.
Sujon : God Heavens!
