The red circle also represents the heroic blood-shed of the martyrs. The national flag plays a vital role in the life of a nation. It separates a nation from other nations.

The national flag is hoisted in the public buildings, courts and educational institutions. It is also hoisted at half-mast in the national mourning. It is hoisted in all public and private buildings, shops, hotels, mills and factories all over the country.
