Hailakandi, Aug 20 : An old man trying to cross road was run over by a TATA Sumo on the Ratanpur Road near Public H.S. School at around 5.30 p.m. today. The old man, identified as one Mr Adhir Biswas, bled to death. People gathered on spot and caught hold of the driver. The driver was handed over to the police.
