Inter College Debate Competition Held
Sujon Ahmed, Dhaka, 05 April: Recently a debate competition was held in Dhaka City College on "How corruption in Bangladesh can be checked." The principal of the college presided over the function. The English Department became the champion in this inter-department debate competition while Murad Hossain became the best debater.
The competition was worth-enjoying for the audience. Every debater was cheered and clapped up for their pleasing presentation and sharp arguments. The competition revealed many aspects of corruption in Bangladesh before the audience. Finally, prizes and crests along with certificates were distributed among the participants.
At the end of the function, the principal delivered his presidential speech and thanked all for their participation in the function. He spoke highly of all the debaters for their logical arguments. The audience was also very happy as many factors responsible for corruption in Bangladesh came to limelight through the competition.
