The Skyline of Capital City

Write a summary of the following passage (Max 5-6 sentence).

Over the years, the skyline of our metropolitan capital has started changing. We are becoming modern in the sense that, we have a number of high-rise apartments which look posh having all amenities. The real estate sector is doing roaring business. Most of these apartments are costly and beyond the reach of the middle-class buyers. But the real estate developers are unconcerned about it because they are all out to make money. Some initiatives had been taken in the past to alleviate the housing problem of the low-income group of people both at the government as well as at the non-government level. But no one thought of the middle class. Unless the government steps in, the housing problem of the middle class will never be redressed. The idea of the cooperative housing may be giving a serious thought. These are mainly the people who sell flats at a cheaper price compromising on vital matters like materials. It is also found that highrise apartment put pressure on the existing infrastructural facility. Due to scarcity of space, builders are forced to opt for highrise building. Time is ripe to redress, reform and reorganize the exiting infrastructure planning. Unfortunately, in the country till date, no survey has been carried out to find out if there is enough infrastructure facilities in the proposed locality for housing complexes or not. This is urgently needed.
