Structure 1 : Assalamualaikum / Good morning / Good afternoon / Good evening. This is Shamim Hossain before you. I am really previleged to introduce myself in a place like this. I am 28 years old and I am unmarried (married / single ). My father is a business man (government employee)  and my mother is a standard housewife (teacher). I am a student (service holder / employee). I passed my SSC exam in 2004 and HSC in 2006 then got myself admitted at Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University and completed my graduation on CSE in 2011. I am from Sirajgonj. My native village is Malatinagar.

I am honest and hardworking and I like to take challenge. I am very friendly and extrovert in nature. I love to read books and watch movies at my leisure time. I also enjoy travelling and sightseeing. I enjoy eating Bangla foods of any kind. Black is my favourite colour.

Structure 2 : Good morning sir/madam. First of all I have to thank you for giving me this wonderful opportunity to introduce myself. I am Shamim. I have completed BSc Engineering from Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University. 

My family consists of four members including me. My father who is a Business Man and my mom is a homemaker. And I have one young brother who is pursuing Higher Secondary School but no sister. 

My hobbies are reciting, drawing, choreography, reading books. Now I am working as a Senior Software Engineer. 

My strength I am a self motivated with positive attitude person. My weakness I can't say no when someone asking me help. 

My short term goal is to work in a reputed organisation like yours. My long term is to place a good and respectable position in the same organization. That's all about myself.
