প্রয়োগ ক্ষেত্র : " কিছু করে লাভ নেই যেমন: দুনিয়ার পিছে ঘুরে লাভ নেই, টাকার পিছে ঘুরে লা্ভ নেই, পরনিন্দা করে লাভ নেই, বিদেশ গিয়ে লাভ নেই " ।

Structure: It + is + no good + to + principal verb (present form) + extension

Example:

1. দুনিয়ার পিছে ঘুরে লাভ নেই  = It is no good to run after (পিছে ঘোরা) the world.
2. টাকার পিছে ঘুরে লাভ নেই = It is no good to run after the money.
3. মিথ্যা বলে লাভ নেই = It is no good to tell lie.
4. বিদেশ গিয়ে লাভ নেই = It is no good to go abroad.
5. অপরের খুত ধরে লাভ নেই = It is no good to pick at (খুত ধরে) others.
6. পরনিন্দা করে লাভ নেই = It is no good to backbite (পরনিন্দা করা) .
