Suppose you are a member of an English Speaking Club and you want to forward some suggestions for making the club more effective. Now, write a dialogue between you and the president of that club.

    Myself: Good evening, dear president!

    The president: Good evening.

Myself: Today I would like to put forward some suggestions for making our English Speaking Club more effective.

The president: Oh, That’s very fine! What are your suggestions?

Myself: We should do certain things like how to greet others, say goodbye to others, present a new thing, speak freely etc.

The president: How can we do them?

Myself: For this, we should first buy TV set in our club, have the internet connection, buy some spoken English books, English newspapers, necessary CDs etc.

    The president: Well, Then?

Myself: We mostly listen to BBC, NCC English, so practice it regularly. We consult our spoken English books and CDs.

    The president: Then?

Myself: When we are in the club, we mostly use English, not a single Bengali word.

    The president: Anything more?

Myself: Time will say all other things and needs. Actually, our sincerity and devotion are the most essential things here.

The president: Fine. We will discuss all these points in our tomorrow’s meeting.

    Myself: Thank you, sir.

    The president: Most welcome. Goodbye.

    Myself: Goodbye.
