Respected Sir,
It is stated that today I was coming from Walton road, suddenly I experienced an accident and I fell down a side on road from my bike. My head started bleeding and my fingers were fractured and I had severe pain.There was big crowd and two persons crunched me. So, due to all this I am not able to come office. Doctor has suggested me to take two days rest for recovery. Kindly grant me leave for two days. I shall be very thankful to you for your cooperation.
