    TITLE: An Ant and the Dove

    One day an Ant went to the bank of a river. It was very thirsty at that time and to quench its thirst it went to the edge of the water. But it was carried away by the rush of the stream. So the Ant was on the point of drowning. A Dove was sitting on a hanging branch of a tree near the bank of the river. It was noticing the drowning Ant. So it is plucked a leaf and let the leaf into the stream close to the Ant.

    The Ant climbed into it. The leaf was floating towards the bank and the Ant got herself on the ground at last. Ant they become very close pals. They were in a mood to help the other.

    Shortly afterwards a bird – catcher come and stood under the tree, And laid his time – twigs for the Dove, which sat in the branch. The Ant perceived his design and rushed towards the bird – catcher. It stung him on the foot. In pain the bird – catcher threw down the twigs. So there was a sudden noise which made the Dove take wing. And thus the Ant saved  the leaf of the benevolent dove and cemented their ties
