Dear Sir,
We the students of your collage beg to state that almost all the students and teachers of our collage have cell phones with them. They carry cell phones to the classroom and talk with others over cell phones. The ring tune of the cell phones is frequently heard during the class hour or even in the examination hall. As a result as a teaching environment of the classroom is greatly hampered. The student in the classroom cannot pay their attention to studies when others continue their talk over cell phones. The examinees in thee examination hall cannot write their answers properly if someone talks  over cell phone in the examination hall. So, the use of cell phones in the teachers should not be allowed for maintaining good academic atmosphere of the collage.
We therefore , request you to take measures for the prohibition of the use of cell phones in the class room or in the examination hall.
