<div><span style="font-size:18px">We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that the students of our college have faced a series of problem today while coming to college because of torrential rain which began last night. Most of the students are now sitting in different classrooms with wet uniform and dress. Some of them are shivering with cold.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-size:18px">Besides, some of them have already left the college. Today is a rainy day and it has been raining torrentially since morning. Students who live in distant areas have failed to come to the college because of transport problem. So, the attendance of the students is very poor today. </span></div>
