<div><span style="font-size:18px">We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that our college is a tin shed building. The classrooms are also not so spacious. But there are many students in every class. During the summer the rooms become very hot and suffocating.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-size:18px">Besides, there is no electric fan in any of the rooms. So, it is almost impossible to attend the classes during the summer season. Only hanging a few electric fans in the classrooms can relieve the students from this inconvenience.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-size:18px">Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary steps to hang a few electric fans for each classroom.</span></div>
