Secretary : I'm sorry but she's not in right now.

Secretary : Oh I'm sorry. Would you like me to fax that to you?

Caller : Yes but our fax is being repaired at the moment and it won't be working until around 2:30. Hum... could you try sending that information around 3:30?

Secretary : Sure Could I have your name telephone number and fax number please?

Caller : Yes Farida Zia and the phone number is 6881278. And the fax number is 5881298.

Secretary : Okay Farida Is your name spelled F-a-r-e-e-d-a?

Caller : No. It's Farida with ''I'' ''F-a-r-i-d-a.''

Secretary : All right Miss Farida And your phone number is ........... and the fax number is .......... is that correct?

Caller : Yes it is.
