Happiness lies in the mind of a man as beauty lies in the eyes of a beholder. In other words, we can say that happiness comprises a state of mind. It lies in our attitude towards life. A thousand take can give happiness to a poor man while they have no importance for a millionaire. There is a Chinese proverb in this connection: There is nothing like a little land well-filled; a little house well-filled  and a little wife well-willed’, So the source of happiness lies within our own selves. It is a matter of approach, a matter of felling. Health and happiness go hand in hand. When we do some good work which gives happiness to others, our own happiness also increases by leaps and bounds. One way of doing is to find out, and go out to those who may be in need of our help. The highest form of happiness is derived when we help others and give happiness to them. This is the reason why in every religion great importance is given to serve the poor, the needy and the diseased persons.
