I will always be immersed in good work. My work will be my source of joy.

Honesty and integrity are the foundation of inner security. I will always be honest with myself.

I will never be anxious about results. I will just continue doing my work in the right way.

My daily actions will reflect my deepest values. My life will be a model of my values.

Regular meditation will greatly improve the quality of my thoughts, decisions and expressions. I am meditating regularly.

The state of the mind is always influenced by the state of the body. So I will practice Quantum Yoga regularly.
